Our Chef Thitisak „Max“ Srikaew has been a fixture in our kitchen for 25 years. What brought him to Lake Sarnen? Simple: Our former director, Bruno Odermatt, discovered Max and his expertise whilst on holiday in Thailand…and promptly brought him back to Switzerland. Since then Max has enchanted our guests on a daily basis with new and exciting taste experiences, using exotic ingredients and produce, and intricately carved decorations and, it goes without saying, fire and spice.
