Do you already know Hatha Flow or Pranayama, have you ever felt deep relaxation with singing bowls? That and much more offers the Yoga Weekend with Anne in the Seehotel Wilerbad. Anne Berchtold, our yoga teacher takes you on a journey of rest and relaxation. She is trained in hatha yoga, hatha flow, yin yoga, pranayama, singing bowl therapy and meditation. Yoga is an important part of your life, so discover this kind of wellbeing. (First yoga knowledge of advantage).
